The best part? It’s totally free.

WHO THESE STRATEGIES ARE FOR
Those looking to beat market returns
All of our strategies have beaten the market significantly over their respective timeframe. For example, The 8% Rule has beat the S&P 4-to-1 over the last 30 years with fewer and more shallow pullbacks. None of our premium strategies (i.e. 7% Annuity, 8% Rule, Diversified Timing) have dropped 10% on an end-of-month basis for as far back as we have useable data.
Those seeking financial independence/retirement
If you’re seeking financial independence or retirement, using The 8% Rule strategy will reduce the amount of time until you can “retire” by cutting your retirement/FI number in HALF (assuming you’re currently using The 4% rule). This can cut years or even decades off your working career. The 7% Annuity has a SWR of 7%. No Trinity Analysis has yet been done on Diversified Timing as there’s insufficient data, but we’re nearly positive it beats the 4% rule.
Those already retired
If you’re retired and would like to pull more money from your investment account, all of these strategies will work wonderfully. Since they avoid big pullbacks, you are rarely “selling low.”
Those who want to control their own money
Retain full control of your money and grow it quickly and safely with ANY of our strategies.
NOTE: These strategies are NOT for you if you don’t have 5-10 minutes per month to manage your money.
The 8% Rule
The 8% Rule subscription

FAQs
How much money do I need to utilize these strategies?
We recommend having at least $5,000 to invest in these strategies to use them effectively. If your brokerage charges commissions you may want to have even more to offset the transaction costs. We highly recommend seeking out a brokerage that offers fee-free trades; most of them do these days.
How does The 8% Rule strategy work?
The strategy is built to invest in assets that are going up and reallocates on a monthly basis. This way the strategy captures most of the up trends and avoids most of the down trends. If nothing is going up the strategy invests in “safety” (i.e. cash, treasuries, gold).
How do I implement The 8% Rule strategy?
We make it simple. Immediately when you subscribe and every month thereafter, we will send you an e-mail describing exactly what The 8% Rule strategy is recommending. We even include a helpful calculator to tell you exactly what to buy based on your account size and risk tolerance. You simply have to make the necessary changes in your investment account.
What are the drawbacks of this strategy?
No strategy is perfect. There are two main drawbacks of this strategy, both of which we find to be acceptable and manageable.
The first is potential under-performance during bull markets. If stocks are racing higher, this strategy may not keep up in every calendar year. But, as can be seen in the annual returns table, very often it will outperform even when stocks are doing very well. And remember, the strategy focuses on avoiding losses so you’ll keep more of your gains!
Second is tax implications. We are not financial advisers or tax professionals and can therefore not give personalized advice. However, there are tax implications to be considered with this strategy. Since the strategy rotates between assets based on what is going up, there will be short-term capital gains with this strategy. Short-term capital gains are taxed less favorably than long-term capital gains, so it’s up to the individual to decide if this strategy is right for them.
